Purchasing Tickets
Tickets for events can be purchased at:
- Gateway Event Center Box Office
- On the internet at www.gatewayeventcenter.com or ticketalternative.com
- 
General Admission - Please keep in mind that the General Admission is standing room only
FOOD & BEVERAGE - We have a full bar and full service concession stand during all concerts- Come Hungry!
Camera Policy - The permitted use of cameras varies by event.
Doors Open - 1 hour prior to the start of the event.
Duplicate Tickets - If duplicate tickets (two or more guests holding tickets to the same seat for the same event) are presented, immediately contact an Event member to proceed to the Gateway Box Office for assistance.
Guest Conduct
The following behavior or activities are grounds for eviction from the Gateway Event Center property:
- Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type;
- Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside the center;
- Uacceptable or indecent dress;
- Damaging or the intent to damage property of the Gateway Event Center;
- Failure to obey or follow Gateway Event Center's smoking policies;
- Use of illegal substances or drugs, Public drunkenness;
- Entering or attempting to enter any "off limits" areas such as: stage area, backstage or VIP section;
- Participating in a fight;
- Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating other guests or employees;
- The throwing of any objects or projectiles in seating areas, on stage or any other areas.
Prohibited items
The following Items are prohibited inside Gateway Event Center:
- Outside food or beverages
- Large bags (larger than 8" x11"), backpacks or boxes;
- Cans, bottles, coolers or similar containes;
- Video cameras or audio recorders;
- Laser pens or laser products;
- Noise making devices (horns, whistles, etc.);
- Projectiles (including Frisbees and beach balls);
- Oversized signs (larger than 2' x 3')
- Stickers of any kind;
- Knives, guns, chains, or clubs;
- Illegal substances;
- Fireworks or any other incendiary device;
- Weapons of any kind or any item that can be constructed as a weapon;
- Any other item deemed unaccepable by Gateway Event Center.
Re-Entry Policy - Exiting and re-entering with the same ticket is not permitted.

How much is Parking? - Parking is FREE
Lost Tickets - Gateway Event Center is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please contact the original point of perchase for details. If purchased through Ticket Alternative you may call 1-877-725-8849.
Public Transportation - does not service this venue.
Alcoholic Beverages - Georgia state law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Therefore, guests will be required to show valid ID when buying alcoholic beverages. All guests who are indentified as being under the age of 21 and in possession of alcohol will be turned over to the local Police Department. Please remember that it is illegal to drive under the influence of an intoxicant or to consume alcoholic beverages while driving.
Smoking - Smoking is allowed in designated areas. Gateway is a nonsmoking facility.
